Manifestation: Chronic dissatisfaction with life, lack of motivation, escapism through unhealthy habits or addictions, and an overall sense of disconnection from daily activities.
It's not safe to be here
Manifestation: Persistent anxiety, hypervigilance, inability to relax, and avoiding new experiences or taking risks due to a constant sense of threat.
I'm not wanted here
Manifestation: Fear of rejection, people-pleasing behavior, difficulty asserting oneself, and often feeling invisible or overlooked in groups.

We may turn to substances, behaviors, or distractions to cope with the discomfort and pain associated with these beliefs. By bringing awareness to these patterns and understanding their root causes, we can begin to release them and reclaim our power. When you notice this old energy coming up, say “that’s old, I’m new. Goodbye!” and don’t even get into the ring to wrestle with it.
Practices for Healing and Transformation:
1. Conscious Breathing: Take six deep breaths, inhaling for a count of five and exhaling for a count of five. As you exhale, scan your body for areas of tension and consciously relax those areas.
2. Humming: Set a timer for three minutes and hum a tune or a single note. Notice how the vibration feels in your body and allow it to soothe your nervous system.
3. Toning: Listen to the 396 Hz pure tone, associated with the root chakra, and tone along with it for one minute. This frequency is said to help liberate guilt, fear, and limiting beliefs.
4. Affirmations: Replace limiting beliefs with empowering affirmations, such as "I am worthy," "I am loved," and "I am safe." Repeat these affirmations regularly to rewire your thought patterns.
