Discovering Inner Freedom and Embracing Your Divine Light

August has been QUITE the doozy for energy upgrades! Life’s journey often takes us through whirlwinds of challenges and deep-seated issues waiting to be healed. Today, I want to share a profound experience from my recent adventure in Dallas—a journey that helped me embrace my inner freedom and clarity.

In this vibration that is being birthed now, many of us find ourselves juggling and uprooting deep-rooted beliefs that demand our attention. These unconscious beliefs surface to the conscious mind to be released, healed, and ultimately, transformed. It's not about discarding any part of ourselves, but rather making a conscious decision to reshape our reality, free from these limiting beliefs.

Recently, I competed in a speaking competition in Dallas. This was a monumental challenge for me—an challenge far outside my comfort zone. Delivering a three-minute talk under judgment and competition that was a mini TED Talk. However, this challenge provided a powerful opportunity for introspection, particularly in honing the essence of my story and my purpose. I KNOW that our own life itself is our greatest teacher. Our daily experiences hold the keys to our spiritual growth and expansion. By cultivating self-awareness, we can view our lives not through the wounded ego's lens but through the understanding that we are the creators of our reality.

What is life teaching us?
Where lies our next level of self-love and acceptance?

In Dallas, as I competed among nine other amazing women, where I was I confronted by my deepest wound in a most unexpected way —disappointment. Despite investing over 100 hours into perfecting my talk, a single comment from a fellow competitor triggered a flood of emotions in me. It wasn't about her or her words; it was about my inner wounds. My childhood memories rushed back, where feelings of disappointment were inflicted intentionally.

For years, I had manifested actions that unknowingly disappointed myself as a defense mechanism. 85 days ago though, I quit self-destructive habits like drinking and binge eating. Bereft of my usual coping mechanisms, I chose to face the discomfort and allow the old energy to release through tears. The next morning, I woke up feeling an unparalleled lightness in my heart—a fresh sense of freedom.

I realized the true purpose of my experience in Dallas wasn’t to win a competition but to overcome my fear of disappointment. The divine message became clear: before I can share my spirit-driven message purely, I must clear my own vibrational frequencies from ego-driven fears. This moment of clarity reaffirmed that my message isn’t about me—it's for others who are on similar journeys of healing and self-discovery. To be a divine transmitter of my lived experiences, I need to align my frequency purely with the source.

Dear ones, our lives present us with teachings and paths for growth. We can either react to triggers and remain stuck or embrace them as opportunities for healing. Remember, the words “reactor” and “creator” share the same letters—a reactor is simply a creator who got mixed up. Let’s unscramble our frequencies and step into our true roles as divine creators.
